We ship our enamel pins worldwide from our location in Phuket, Thailand. This page outlines our shipping policies, processing times, and what to expect when you order from Wear Your Adventure.
Note: Our travel concierge service is digital and does not require physical shipping.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Thailand: Domestic shipping available
- International: We ship to most countries worldwide
If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. This does not include weekends or Thai public holidays.
Processing time may be longer during:
- Peak travel seasons
- Major holidays (Songkran, New Year, etc.)
- High order volumes
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- A link to track your package online
- Delivery confirmation once your package arrives
Please allow 24-48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update.
International Customs & Duties
Customer Responsibility
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.
Customs Declarations
We accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items to help you avoid customs fees, as this is illegal.
Customs Delays
Packages may be held by customs for inspection. This is beyond our control and may add several days to your delivery time. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We may not be able to ship to:
- P.O. boxes (depending on carrier)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Countries with trade restrictions or embargoes
- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
- Contact us if the package doesn't arrive
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim for lost packages.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and damaged items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately after placing your order
- We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet
- Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
Holidays & Peak Seasons
Shipping times may be extended during:
- Thai public holidays (Songkran, Loy Krathong, New Year)
- Peak tourist season (November-March)
- International holidays (Christmas, Chinese New Year)
We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders (10+ items) or wholesale inquiries:
- Contact us before placing your order
- We may offer discounted shipping rates
- Processing time may be longer
- Special packaging or shipping arrangements may be available
